My flavors rotate monthly. This is where you can find the flavors for the month, as well as flavor pricing. Due to major supply chain increases, we've had to reflect those changes, and update our pricing accordingly. In the past I did not up charge appropriately for add ins (including cheeses), and I now have to price accordingly. I do not offer bulk discount rates at this time - regardless of quantity, we are still dealing with the quality of the ingredients used, as well as how much time and labor is attributed to creating everything that I sell fresh.
All items are made fresh daily for each opening or pre-orders

Potato mashed with my special blend of seasonings
My blend of potato surrounding a Velveeta core - These ones are designed to have a more 'bomb-like' appearance, and when you cut into them, that is the bomb 'exploding'. The molten cheesy sauce is great to dip the potato and dough pieces in (almost like an egg yolk!).

**I will be doing my best to have a few dozen of Just Cheddar available on Saturdays as well. This will all depend on how much additional prep time (or extra potato/dough) that I can make available!
THE JUNKYARD **NEW FLAVOR**
This is one of my new favorites! Called the Junkyard because it's a little bit of this, little bit of that, and nothing but treasures!
Potato blended with sauerkraut & bacon, with hints of caraway seeds, brown sugar, and garlic.
MUSHROOM & SAUERKRAUT **NEW FLAVOR**
You've asked for it, and now it's here in time for the holidays!
A blend of seasoned fresh mushrooms and sauerkraut sauteed up and put into a tasty, delectable dumpling.
Fresh potato pierogi blended with freshly hand grated Cabot Habanero Cheddar cheese and other seasonings. Always a hit for those who enjoy a hint of spice on their palette.
DECEMBER KOLACKZI FLAVORS

This cream cheese/butter based cookie is a traditional favorite! December will bring classic flavors to the forefront, and will be available on a rotational basis.
